  • Items without original packaging
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Customized or personalized items

2. Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide return instructions and address
  4. Pack items securely with original packaging

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive returned items
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
